Some of the artwork you see on this website may currently be available at a gallery, while others may be in the artist's studio. Contact Patrice to find out. She will also give you the price information and answer any other questions you have.
The information below applies to items purchased directly from the artist.
Methods of Payment
Credit card, cash, check, online or by telephone:
You can pay by credit card using PayPal. You can also pay with cash or check (personal or corporate). Please contact the artist for assistance if you wish to pay by cash, check or prefer to order by telephone.
Layaway policy (excludes commissioned work):
25% of the sale price is required as the initial deposit. For each of the following 3 months a 25% payment is due to maintain your layaway purchase. If you cancel your layaway after the second payment (60 days) you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact the artist for assistance.
Commission payment policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of the contract signing. The balance including any excessive travel expenses, shipping costs, framing, and sales tax is due at the completion and delivery of the painting and acceptance by the client.
Shipping
Currently shipping to continental U.S.A. only. Shipments are made using FedEx ground. 6% sales tax is added to shipments going to Michigan addresses. Allow 14 to 21 business days depending on destination and size of order for delivery.

Returns
Seven day money back guarantee:
Undamaged artwork can be returned for a full refund if you contact the artist within 7 days of receipt (applies only to non-commissioned work). The buyer pays return shipping. Contact the artist within 7 days of receipt if your package is damaged from the shipping process.
